M17x r3 gpu upgrade?
Is it possible to upgrade my gpu from a nvidia geforce 460m to a 660? Or anything for that matter, I've been hearing and reading that the gpu's that fit in the laptop are very limited my 460 just isn't up to par for new games such as fc3 and bf3 or bf4

Hi mike_nagi,
NVidia GeForce 660M would not be validated on Alienware M17x R3 and the GPU cannot be upgraded to this card. For a list of video cards that are compatible with Alienware M17x R3, please check the replies from DELL-Chris M in the following link:
