M18X Wireless Connectivity Issues

Question

I just received my new M18x.  After getting some others issues taken care I'm left with a wireless issue I can't figure out.  Dell has already sent a tech and replaced the wireless card but the problem persists.  I have a 50Mbps internet connection and I'm using a Linksys WRT610N dual band router.  On my other laptop and my iPhone I get 30Mbps down on the 2.4Ghz band and 43Mbps down on the 5Ghz band. First of all the M18X with the Intel Centrino Wireless-N 2230 card won't even pick up the 5Ghz band.  On the 2.4Ghz band I get anywhere from 6 to 12Mbps down.  This is horrible!  I have reset the router and the firmware is up to date.  I have also gone through all the setting and everything seems to be right.  Does anyone have any ideas?  I can't believe this beast of a machine is so weak in the wireless dept.

My S/T is . I just ran this SpeedTest and the up is faster than the down. And the wireless card still isn't picking up the 5Ghz band.
