My hard drive was wiped clean and i don't have the partition to restore my M18x Alienware computer back to factory specs.Where can I get the image restore CD to put it back to factory new.

You can request a copy of the Windows recovery disc (OS) and Resource DVD (drivers) from Technical Support. If you're in the US or Canada, send me a private message so I can help you order it. Otherwise, call the Technical Support department in your country and request the media discs.

if you know someone with your same operating system, 99.9% of the time it would work..
if windows 7 or 8 contact dell they should be able to help you out maybe at a small cost (got my windows 8 dvd right away)
windows 7 can be legally downloaded and used with your current key if you have windows 7 from a microsoft download area.. like digitalriver
