MX18-R2 Alienrespawn Premium cannot backup to an external drive
Hi,
I have an MX18-R2 and am trying to create a System Backup to an external hard drive.
My C-drive contains 190 GB (39.5 GB free of 229 GB) and my D-Drive contains 635 GB (296 GB free of 931 GB). The External Drive is new and is 2TB, so has 1.81 TB of 1.81 TB free.
When I try to backup to the external drive (F), I select it via manage plan. The next display shows the external drive selected (drive F), but when I finish manage plan and proceed to the backup, Alienrespawn tells me that there is not enough space on the selected drive, and then reverts to the normal screen which shows the C-drive selected for backup.it makes no difference.
I have tried excluding Photos, Videos and Audio, to reduce the size, but it makes no difference.
Could anyone please help me?

Hello Mike!
What you can try to do is create one or two partitions on the external hard drive with the disk management and leave then unallocated, that way the Alienrespawn might be able to make the back up.
