The Alienware 15 supports a maximum of 16 GB of 1600MHz DDR3L RAM. This is a limitation in the mainboard chipset.
The Alienware 15 does not include a RAID controller meaning that you cannot RAID the drives.
There are limited upgrade paths on notebook computers, but the AW 15 does support the Alienware Graphics Accelerator allowing you to connect your laptop to a full-size desktop graphics card.
