I did run a PSA diag yesterday. The XMATS32 test gave me a memory compare error but no error code. I may try and run another today and see what happens. Thank you for the response.

Hi,
Try running an ePSA/Diagnostics test to check if any errors come up in the memory tests, click here to view a Dell article that explains how to run this test. Have you experienced any crashes, slow performance or blue screens?

You're welcome. Let us know how it goes. Perhaps you can post a screen-shot of the memory error.

Hi,
Thanks for confirming this. Just to confirm, have you experienced any crashes, blue screens or slow performance? Sometimes memory errors may show up during these tests and correct themselves.

I was wondering how to capture a screenshot. Seems my keyboard doesn't function while running one of the tests. Asks me to type Y or N and I cannot do anything. Have to power off system and reboot.

I have gotten a blue screen once or twice before but nothing at all in the last couple of months. I will keep a close eye on it. I appreciate your replies.

Hi,
Are you referring to the LCD test at the beginning of the Diagnostics test? Does it ask if colors bars were displayed?

Take a snapshot of your screen with a camera.
