Mouse lag in Win 10

Aurora R3, A06 BIOS, Windows 10 Pro (yes, I know, not officially supported)

Occasionally mouse will stutter, lag behind, skip mouse clicks, etc. Mostly noticeable in games, but can also occur while not running anything, just moving a mouse around the desktop. Never had any mouse issues in Win 7. Not sure if problems started immediately after I installed Win 10 or at some point later after a possible driver update...

Tried 2 different Logitech USB wireless mice, same behavior. The receiver is sitting literally right in front of my mouse inches away. Batteries are fresh. When I switch the KVMP to 2 different laptops running Windows 10 on the same DVI KVMP switch problems go away, so it's not the switch itself.

I'm attaching resource sharing/conflict report from system info in case it will make sense to someone.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
