My ALIEN FX key is not working ( FN+ALIEN FX)
Hello guys I need a help, I re-installed my Alien fx command center but now in may keyboard the alien fx shortcut key is not working. Can anybody tell me how to make it work again. It was working before I re-install it. others shortcut key is working just not AlienFX .

Thank you for confirming this. Try to reinstall the OSD driver first and then the command center application. For the command center download link click here. After doing this, make sure to restart the system and then test the shortcut key.

You may need to reinstall the OSD driver as well, which controls some of the function key commands. Can you please provide the system model name and revision (if there is one) for your Alienware computer?

this one is earlier 2012 model alienware m14x.

I've Alienware 15 2015 facing the same issue.
When I press FN+ALIEN FX buttons, it only switches the lights off but it doesn't open the Alien Command Center.
