Hi, 

Try reinstalling the video card drivers from Device Manager, under Display Adapters. Uninstall the Intel driver first, restart the system and install it again, click here for the download link. Do the same thing with the NVidia driver, click here for the latest driver version of the 980M card.

Thanks , I updated the drivers and run the online dell support test. It passed A OK .
