My Alienware screen goes black
Hi I got a new alienware 15r2 15 days ago.
i7 6700hq
980m 8gb
The screen goes black when i am playing games, yesterday I heard a small click sound before the screen went off. The keyboard is on and I hear the fans running.
I was playing a very demanding game Call of duty Blackops 3.
I am in portugal right now, Is there any solution for this problem.

Hi,
Try reinstalling the video card drivers from Device Manager, under Display Adapters. Uninstall the Intel driver first, restart the system and install it again, click here for the download link. Do the same thing with the NVidia driver, click here for the latest driver version of the 980M card.

Thanks , I updated the drivers and run the online dell support test. It passed A OK .
