Need Windows 8 Image for reinstall

Good morning, I have been trying for a few days to get answers to this, and no luck from Dell or from Tiger Direct whom I bought my Aurora R4 from.  I am hoping the community can help.

The workstation came pre-installed with Windows 8 on a 2TB drive.  I am wanting to instead have a Solid State Drive in place to run my OS and my applications, then re-purpose the 2TB drive just for storage.  I did not get a Windows Media DVD from Tiger, nor is there a license key sticker on my chassis.  I am told that you can download the OS from Dell, but I cannot for the life of me find it, and everything on Dell's support site shows the R4 as only being offered with Windows 7.

What's a guy to do?

Try calling Dell and asking for a Windows 8 re-installation DVD, it usually costs around $30-$40AU.

Make sure you are DISCONNECTED from the internet and stay disconnected until installation is finished

Use the disk to re-install your OS onto your new SSD.

Use the windows key you have, you will get a messege after you have installed and connected to the internet stating that the key you have used is already installed on another computer, there will be an option there to either contact microsoft support or get a new key via automated phone, if you go throught the automated phone system and it does not work, hold the line and you will be connect to a microsoft rep, you can then explain you have REPLACED the drive the OS was originally installed on

Good luck

Greetings, I need to escalate this support problem to a supervisor.  Sujatha has been dragging this on for several days, saying he will provide me with a solution, but no solution has been given.  I have supplied the information needed to get this resolved several days ago, and he is not answering my many emails.  I need this issue resolved today.  This is causing me to never want to buy any Dell product again.  Please address this immediately and everything will be fine.

No, I am not paying money for something that Dell has already promised to send me for free.  I had his commitment several days ago to fix this issue and he has failed to follow through.  If there is a customer support supervisor managing this thread, I need somebody to get this taken care of today.

DigitalFarns, if you are within US or Canada and you computer is under warranty, send me a PM with your service tag, phone number and best time to reach. If not, I would recommend you to contact your local tech support.

How do I contact you?  The other reps had buttons that I could click to send them a PM, but I cannot find one for you on your page.  Why is this?
