New Alienware 17 keyboard issue
I have a new Alienware 17 - purchased 2 weeks ago - that has not left my house but has a page down key popped out. I have had a number of laptops since the 1990s but this is the first time any of them has developed a keyboard issue. I don't know if the Alienware laptops have had this as a chronic issue but I would like to know what I am to do to rectify the situation.

Contacted someone with support who advised me that someone could come to my home to repair it or I would have to send it in for repair as there is no option for me to drop the computer off at some business location in the area. I dont understand this as if there is someone to work on my computer that can come to my home but not a location to conveniently drop it off then I will have to mail it in. Very inconvenient.
