There are ways to manually control gpu fan speed. This thread is from a few days ago with suggestions;

You can search youtube for "x51 fan"; or similar terms; others are modding in extra case fans to handle heat build-up inside the case. I would assume an owner would try eBay, buy a spare x51 side panel, mod a fan into whichever panel (original or eBay) looked like it had more use, hold the best panel back in a storage closet for when it came time for resale in the future etc.

It is "normal" for AMD & nVidia based cards to run hot with less-than-aggressive fan speed curve profiles in the "stock" software programming. Let us assume they want our cards to burn up from heat so we become future customers for new products... lol ...Good luck ...

FYI: it is always a good idea to remove your videocard & blow all of the dust buildup out of it (& out of the case) to improve the performance of the fan & internal gpu heatsink ... airflow in general :), often true after purchasing someone else's used equipment ...

Those are normal temperatures for a demanding game, they could be lowered down by using HWinfo or MSIAfterburner to control the fan speed.
