New Area 51 side panel does not light up correctly

Hello, on my new Area 51 the side panel that accesses the video cards and motherboards is not lighting up correctly. It displays Green and Red perfect but It just goes dark on blue and any colors that require blue it messes them up. Im guessing it would be a loose wire or something since its the whole side panel and only this one side. Is there a wire I hsould check or another setting. Now this is the new tower design and not the old and does not have a side panel with connectors. The panel that lights up is below and independent of the the door to the insdie of the tower. Any advcie will help. Thanks

Greetings,

If you are referring to the lower portion of the left side panel, it is a 5 Pin connector located at position 6 and labeled "SIDE_LEFT" on the motherboard.  I would carefully reseat the cable.

Thanks,

Gabe

If reseating the cable doesn't help, the LED on the panel is either not working properly, or perhaps the connection on the motherboard is bad.  I would recommend calling support to see if they can send you a panel to try.

Edit:  Try swapping the "SIDE_RIGHT" connector (located just above the one you reseated) with the "SIDE_LEFT" connector.  Since the right panel lights correctly, this should allow you to determine if its a problem with the panel or connector.

Thanks,

Gabe

In my case I  swapped the panels from one side to another and my left panel doesn't work, whereas the right panel lights up on either side.

What can be done to fix this?
