PCI Fan at 50%+ out of sleep?

Last night I woke my Aurora out of sleep and the fan was roaring at over 50%. Eventually I shut it down, and unplugged the power cable for 30 seconds and it fixed the problem. Is this a hardware issue or a problem with the Alienware command center?

We are investigating Sleep/Hibernate on all of our Desktop PCs. But honestly, sleep/hibernate always causes issues. Has been since Windows 98. I never use them on a Desktop PC. I just leave it on all day and shut it off at night.

When my oc fails and I have to reboot my lights go out and the fans come on full bore. To remedy this I goto the task bar and click on alienhead and click on "go dark" I then do the same thing again and click "enable alienware fx" Now I shut the computer all the way down(NO REBOOT) then turn it back on and I have my fans and lights working again. I use the a02 version of aliencommand center.
