Received replacement computer now what?????
Dell sent me a replacement computer but when are they going to pick up the old one? Will they arrange to pick up the old one? It's a freaking huge box same size as a fridge - its the Alienware Aurora ALX Desktop PC. I am leaving for work for a week starting this Monday and wont get back till next Monday.

In paperwork for new one mine was inside the leather alienware handbook should be a return label. You are responsible to reseal the box and put return label on. It has few code numbers and information on non-label paperwork for phone # to call fedex for pickup. It's pre-paid and setup with Dell / Alienware acct they ask for you for few numbers off the label and set you up with a date. Was told you have 10-14 business days to get it back. Anyways that how mine was done so look for label / paperwork. Paperwork should be in paper envelope entitled "Exchange Kit" Important Documents Enclosed with window on it and Dell label at bottom.

if this isnt your case i had my return label for my laptop actually emailed to me so all i had to due was box up laptop seal and print out the return label from my email tape to box. drove it down to UPS and said ............ lol and went home played on my new M17X R2 ,,,lol
