I was originally given an EDD of 13/01/10.

Then I was sent an email last week stating that my M17x had shipped on 11/12/09 with UPS and would be delivered to me on 18/12/09.

Today no laptop is received by me and UPS state that it hasn't even been given to them.

Are Dell lying?

My Alienware pc was just delievered. I now can't wait to get home from work to set it up.

Well I still can't track my order online through UPS UK - it says tracking number does not exist. Anyhow, I checked the packing slip and they've sent it off on Saturday (UPS doesn't do collections on Saturday!). I went to the UPS site to check how long it takes for a package to come from Raheen to UK..it says if it left on Friday it should be here on Monday, and if on Monday (because Saturday's not possible) then it'll be here by Wednesday. Now I'm confused as to when my will actually arrive :S - guess  I just have to wait it out! Anyone else experience this (invalid tracking number etc.)?
