Reformat Alienware 17 R3
Hi,
I have a brand new Alienware 17 R3 and I am having the Whea_uncorrectable_error message every time I tried to log in to my computer. It doesn't allow me to do anything with it and even log in Windows. It crashes even in a safe mode. It keep restarting the computer in an eternal loop. ran all diagnosis and no problem with hardware. it is driving me crazy. I am trying to reformat it but all reformat posts here don't match with the boot screen/BIOS information that I get with F2/F12. Already checked overclocked and it is disable by the way. How can I reformat the computer to factory settings (they way that I had when I get the computer)? Sorry for my lack of tech language...I am not very skilled about it.

Hi,
If you have Windows 10 and the system is not booting into Windows, you can try to access recovery options by making the system "crash" (hard shutdown 3-4 times in a row). Once you get to the recovery options, look for the Reset option; if you can't get to the recovery options, then recovery media needs to be created for a reinstallation of Windows.
