There's a recovery partition you can use to load factory settings with AlienRespawn. You can also ask for a copy of the Windows Recovery disc from Technical Support if the partition doesn't work.

Hello, if you have windows 7 installed and you also have the product key on the bottom of your laptop then you can download the win 7 OS from the digital river website, just do a google search for win 7 digital river download and you should find it, you can then create a bootable DVD or USB drive for re-installation
