Reset error

I recently had a problem with my alienware r3 where when i plug it in, it charges for a minute then it stops. I tried a diffrent outlet and charger and still the problem persists so i factory reset my computer amd it was unable to continue givving me the error message: The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To reinstall windows click "OK" to restart the computer and then restart the installation.        Regardless what i do it keeps showing this error please help.
