Hello John_FR, have you try to reinstall the alienrespawn from this site? Make sure you uninstall it first from the control panel > programs and features. I'll be waiting for you answer.
Yeah i uninstall alienrespawn and alien respawn support, i installed it from the site you give (in french vervion) I launch the update : it says : no need to update : and when i launch the update again : i got the runtime error : abnormal program termination for dsupdate.
Hello Alex, I had been having the same problem. I followed your link after uninstalling first. It all worked fine ! Problem solved , thank you. I did note windows security scan and Kaspersky security scan recommended deleting this download for security reasons , not advice I normally over ride.
I am having the same issue with my M14x R2. I do not have this issue with my Aurora R3. DSUpdate.exe is the Alien Respawn update program. Something appears to be blocking it from loading properly. I use Norton 360. I tried disabling Norton 360 and changing network settings from Public to Work and Home. It does not work with my mobile broadband connection. I will try it from home on AT&T Uverse.
Hello Alex, I updated to windows 10 and would like to update my alienrespawn to a compatible version (since I had trouble using current version to do a restore in 10). I have an older premium version and if I uninstall it and install the new version I just get a basic version. Do we have to re-purchase the premium version?
