You have a pre-Dell Alienware. Those do not have Dell service tag numbers nor do they have a Dell warranty. All support of pre-Dell Alienware products go here.

and click drivers and download  ur laptop hardware will be detected and u will see your service tag beside the laptop and also all your drivers if you need to update them

 

but tell me how i can transfer the ownership into my name????? because i bought a new laptop and want to do the same??

.do u know the differnce between Base warranty .& Parts Only Warranty.

coz i got mine with 3years base and one year parts only but i can not tell the deffrence ??

and it seem no one here also can even service center i'm in dubai

so what i want to know is my laptop garanteed up to 3 years for hardware problems or not????

It's 3 years total for hardware. The last year is parts only.

so parts only 1st year or last ????

and the 3 years if anything went wrong with my hardware is it going to be fixed free of charge or what????

I am not sure how they do it over there. It looks like year 1 is return to Dell for hardware repairs. Years 2 and 3 are parts only service for hardware meaning you would do the work. The parts will be free for 3 years. You should call into Order Support for your country to be sure.
