Slow booting and missing HDD

I purchased a new Alienware 15 R2 last week from Dell website. Since the very beginning of using I am getting these two issues.

1. Taking long to Boot up and reach the Windows Password screen. Boot up duration is random, but an average it takes almost 45 seconds or more to bootup. I believe this should be much faster as the OS is installed in a SSD drive. Is there anyway to fix it?

2. Missing HDD from the OS. The secondary 1 TB HDD is missing often. It's simply not listed in Disk Management or Device management or anywhere, but is available inside Boot option. Tried many fixes recommended to others in previous threads, but none worked so far. Right now, all the storage I have is the 128GB SSD. How can I fix this issue?

It will be great if anyone can help me with these.

3. Also to which Email does they send the 'Bullets Or Blade' coupon code? I bought laptop using one Email and Logged in and set up the laptop using another Email.

Yup, both are visible at all times in Bios. After Bios, when windows is loading, a small sound I can hear. If I hear the sound from inside the machine(Not Speaker), HDD won't appear. If no sound is heard, HDD is visible in OS.

The sound is the same sound when you remove the USB wire of a External HDD white it is working.
