It seems like there could have been an unexpected error which is now preventing the computer from booting into Windows. Please try the following steps:
Try running an ePSA/Diagnostic test on the system, click here to view a Dell article that explains how to run this test. Let us know if you receive any errors.
Attempt to boot in Safe mode.
If you cannot boot into Safe mode, try a System Restore to an earlier date.
If there are no restore points available, a factory restore might be required.
The Diagnostic test detected nothing and thought it was normal, i do not believe safe mode is andl option because i can not get to windows boot menu.
Only to alienware boot menu and that only gives me the options of F2: Setup and F12: Boot Options and i can not seem to find safe mode anywhere, i also do not believe i can do system restore because of the same reason, and i do not know how to do a factory restore(i didnt mention this but i do have a flash drive with backup information).
Thank you for confirming this. Did you create the backup drive using the Create a recovery drive option in Windows like it explains on this article from Microsoft? If you did, you could maybe boot from it by going to the Boot menu (press the F12 key during boot) and selecting your USB drive which should be listed on the Boot menu options if you have it plugged in. If you can boot from the USB backup drive, you may be able to access the recovery options.
No error message, there are actually two places i can select to boot from usb, one leads to the same infinite loading screen and the other one sends me to an infinite loading screen without the alienware logo, instead there is a windows 10 square

So your USB device does show up as an option on the Boot menu correct? What exactly happens when you select it? Is there an error message?

Hi,
Can you check in the Bios, under the Boot menu and confirm what you show in "Boot list option"?

Hi,
Thank you for confirming that. Try switching it to UEFI and then try booting off the Windows 10 USB drive again. Let us know how it goes.

Hi,
There should be a sticker in the bottom cover with a 7 digit number (it has both numbers and letters).
