Tactx Keyboard help
First time here so not sure how this all works but I'll give it a shot.
Bought an alienware tactx keyboard and mouse a few days ago and installed it using the setup.exe file on the disk - all went fine.
But when i try to run the tutorial in the Alienware program/editor/desktop manager thing, it comes up with an error message saying:
"There have been some problems downloading the tutorial. Please try again later"
Now the theme editor works for both the mouse and keyboard but i don't understand how to use the advance theme creator because the tutorial doesn't work.
So any ideas what's wrong or where i can download the tutorial or user manual from?

When getting a product that has drivers on a disc unless that product JUST came on the market you should never use the disc. Always go to the manufacturer website and download the drivers. The disc drivers are outdated 95% of the time. Try uninstalling the drivers and downloading the new ones. This might solve the problem.

Thanks for that but i can't search for drivers on the Dell website because the keyboard and mouse don't seem to have service tags, and i cannot find them under the list of electronics you can choose from at the search menu. Any ideas?

You put in the service tag of your computer. They would be under the input device section. I found them but they are dated 2009. So you might actually have the same drivers :/

They have plenty of reviews on google. They might give some insight into what you want to do. Also im pretty sure its made by Logitech so if you download a manual or tutorial from one of their gaming keyboards it could be very close. good luck!
