Tactx Lights Problem

I have got a little problem in my Alienware 17 R3 but its irritating me I purchased last year in june 2016

 ... the macro keys (tactX) which are available on the left side of the keyboard ,the backlight of the keys are not turning on I went to ur websites and checked the solution that uninstall alienware command centre and reinstall it I did it but still these light are not turning on .. the other all keys are turned on but the left side keys which changes the color from TactX are not turning on
