Thermal Controller troubles.
So i have been getting this message every time i open my Dekstop and when my com displayed this message, it's ben very loud and i'm worried that the thermal controller might be damaged or something. It's always been quiet and makes little to no sound and i'm worried it might just one day blow up due to too much heat.
Can somebody help???

I ran the diagnostic and it says i passed everything without any problems. Does that mean my com is okay? And does it detect thermal cooling? What now???

You can try a system restore to a point when you knew the CC worked. Also in your Documnents folder you may find "AlienFX Theme File" that you can delete as it may have become corupt.
If that doesn't work you can try uninstalling the CC completely, use a software program like "System Mechanic" to clean out the registry and com references etc..., and then reinstall the CC using the links on the Dell web site for the Alienware Command Center.
You can also try this.
Check the mio board (reference your system manual for location and plug location) and make sure it is getting power. Should have a redish / orange light glowing on the board.
Turn off computer, unplug. hold power button down for at least 20 seconds or until the redish / orange light goes out. Unplug its power connector restart computer with the mio power connector disconnected. Hopefully the computer will recognize it is unplugged.
Then repeat the process above, reconnect the mio board power connector, and then restart the computer. If you still have issues you may then have to contact Dell tech support to have a tech come out with a new / refurbished mio board.

I had this exact same problem, and was able to figure out the issue:
THE PROBLEM
I had updated my video drivers, and the control center began to malfunction. What had occurred, is that I have AMD ati radeon video cards, and the AMD Catalyst Control Center interferes with the Alienware Control Center.
THE SOLUTION
Uninstall your AMD drivers completely, then reinstall the latest drivers. When you are reinstalling the drivers, check CUSTOM install. It will provide you a list of what it will install. Uncheck the AMD CATALYST CONTROL CENTER install, which is about 150mb in size.
Restart your computer, and all should be fine!
Good luck!
