USB plugs dont work
My Alienware X51 R2 (win 8) has developed quite a problem recently. When you boot the computer there is no problem, but as soon as you get to the first windows thing, the mouse and keyboard stop working. I would be really happy if someone could elp me with this. And just that you know, rebooting and plugging into different USB ports doesnt help it either.

Are you able to boot up the system in safe mode to see if the USB ports are working on a different boot mode?
