Unable to format alienware m17X R4

I've recently decided to format my laptop due to it not loading up and just giving me a black screen upon start up. When I get to the format screen where It asks for drivers to proceed it is unable to recognise all drivers from the dell support website, I was wondering if anyone knew what I was doing wrong and how I could fix this issue that I'm having.
