Upgrade to Windows 10 restart prompt loop

I have the Ailenware X51 R1 (Windows 7) and I am having problems with starting the Windows 10 upgrade. --- It keeps telling to restart to begin installation but nothing happens after restarted a few times already...

I click the "upgrade now" option which prompted the system to download required data then click "restart" as instructed but after restart nothing seems to happen???
