You can go to Start/msinfo3, check the label at the back of the computer, BIOS or go to the Support website and enter your Service Tag to confirm.
The limit is set by Intel to avoid damage or stability issues on the CPU. You can exceed that limit by overclocking the processor, however this is not something we recommend.

One last clarifying question, no rush on this one though:
Some of them have GHz needed for Turbo. Can that amount not exceed a certain amount, or will turbo with those processors be ok?
