Very be-wildering problems on my Alienware m14X.

Recently I have been having a huge deal of problems with my Alienware m14x, mainly frame rate issues and stuttering lag with many different video games. For instance, I often find that when I am playing games I will drop from *whatever high FPS I had* to usually around 2-3 FPS. This happens regardless of graphical settings and nothing I have done has been able to fix it.

1) I have re-installed and updated drivers (Including BIOS) countless times, including a complete re-install of Windows 7 that was performed no less than a few days ago.

2) I take constant care to defragment and update my computer with all the latest patches.

3) I use a cooling stand and keep my laptop in a well ventilated room, I have had a Dell technician install a new heatsink and tomorrow I will be changing the standard Dell stock paste to a new Artic Silver 5.

4) All Nvidia, Intel and Power Management settings you can ever have found, I have applied and had no success.

Virtually every standard item has been tried by me, whatever link has been posted by one of you in this forum is bound to have been looked into by me. I just crossed my fingers and hoped there was a slim chance it was some crazy temperature issue, when just a while ago I was browsing the internet and found the computer HORRENDOUSLY slow. Alarm bells went ringing like crazy, I restarted after noticing my system was on for a while, but I am finding that my Memory usage is becoming shockingly high to the point of great concern. I have researched all over the internet for an answer to this problem, and I have also found in further detail the process that is causing this high memory usage:

I just don't know, over 6 million memory usage?!? Please help me, I literally have no idea what to do at this point. =(
