Video Question - Aurora r3

Hi all!!

I have a question in regards to video.  I have the 2 gig HD 6950 card, and am running the latest 11.6 catalyst drivers.  The machine is brand new and I never ran it with the "stock oem" drivers.  Rest of the specs are in my sig

I mostly have only played slight to moderate graphic games (world of warcraft- running it in DirectX 11 option through wow options).  Every once in a while when I alt tab to open another application such as internet exploerer or something,  a Microsoft Box opens up with a message like:

"Windows has determined your video settings are causing your computer to run slowly"- somthing along those lines.  I can then select to change the color scheme to Win 7 basic, ignore the message and be prompted if it happens again,  or ignore forever.

I do not notice any slowdown and everything seems fine.  Does anyone know why this message is coming up and what I can do to check it if it is a problem?
