It took time to find the information but after calling VisionTek, they finally were able to tell me exactly how much does the video card itself requires.
THIS IS THE INFORMATION: 750W (or greater) power supply with one 150W 8-pin PCI Express power connector and one 75W 6-pin PCI Express power connector recommended.
The video card itself needs exactly 150W + 75W which means a total of 225W BUT it required in fact 350W for the video card ONLY! The 750W is for the desktop motherboard while the Amplifier provides only power directly to the video card so 460W is good.
Thank you Dell for not sharing this information and I had to call the source directly.
