Where is my Alienware Alpha?!

To whom it may concern,

I am writing this post as I have had nothing but trouble and bad experiences with Dell. I ordered and Alienware Alpha i3 over two weeks ago now and it has not even shipped yet!! There was no indication that this item was back ordered, or that it was a pre-order. So much for two day shipping. I needed this item for a birthday gift last week. And when I contact support I find nothing. My most recent experience was with Lalith_kashyap. And all I got was that he was sorry to tell me that my order is still "In production." I told him "Well no<ADMIN NOTE: Substitute character removed as per TOU>even I can see that on my order page!" And he just told me to keep the conversation professional, and then when I told him I had been waiting for a long time and that this seemed like false advertising to me, he merely disconnected. So disgusted and fed up with this. I am pretty sure that this would be false advertising to say that they have this item for sale and it has not even been produced yet! I will NEVER order from Dell again, and I would advise anyone who is thinking of ordering from to Dell to take their business to a professional entity that can actually fulfill your order. Dell seems to be incapable of doing that despite how much money these machines cost us. Take your hard earned money to some other company who will appreciate you and your business!
