Why does my Alienware m18x r2 shut off randomly?
Hi everyone! So, I am having a big issue with my m18x r2... So I am a huge WoW fan, this laptop was bought just to fill my needs to have an awesome gaming laptop.. It really is my baby.. Unfortunately I am not too savvy with computers myself. So when I boot up WoW, I can play for about 5 or 10 minutes, and then my computer will just completely restart itself. Try again, same thing. I cannot log into my game at all.. my friend who is actually savvy with computers ran a bunch of tests for me and checked out the internal part of my computer, he said everything seemed fine to him.. he tuned it up a bit for me and wished me luck..
Has anyone else had this problem, and can shed some light on what I should do? :(

Hi,
It might be experiencing overheating issues.
Try running a video card stress test. Follow the steps below to do this.
If you do not have Support Assist installed, click here for the download link. Let me know how high the GPU temperature goes in the stress test.
