Windows 10, Alienware M14X upgrade

Dell states they've not tested M14X for upgrade.  C'mon Dell.  Not as if Win10 has been a secret.

Hello,

Unfortunately, according to the policy document, the M14x series will not be supported on Windows 10. Some users have successfully installed Windows 10 on these non-supported systems. But they did all the driver investigation (example = installing 7/8/8.1 drivers) to force it to work. Dell does not have the resources to do this on non-supported systems.

Hi Rodrigo. I have only just seen this exchange and have to advise how disappointed I am with DELL. This is the second time I have bought a top of the line model (XPS then Alienware) to find that DELL is "too busy" to look after existing customers. I can go to my local store and pay again for a M13x with Windows 10, but then why bother. When Microsoft moves off this platform I will be in exactly the same position... No support from DELL. We pay through the nose here in Australia compared to our US cousins and effectively there is ZERO upgrade paths available after purchase.
