Windows 10 and Alienware Command Center.
Hello everyone, i've upgraded to W10 in July.. after months i wanted to change the color scheme of my laptop (M15X) But i got the error "The App was blocked for your protection", I've tried everything i can find on google like using the command prompt to enable the administrator account and installing it from there, not only i keep getting the error, when i boot the system it even gives me some framework error that i can't understand.
There is the pastebin of the error, if anyone could help i would love it. (Sorry for bad english, as you might guess i'm not from any country that have english as a language.)

Hello,
Unfortunately, according to the policy document, the Alienware M15x will not be supported on Windows 10. Some users have successfully installed Windows 10 on these non-supported systems. But they did all the driver investigation (example = installing 7/8/8.1 drivers) to force it to work. Dell does not have the resources to do this on non-supported systems.
