Windows 10 won't boot without Amplifier plugged in... (Alienware 15 Laptop)
So I recently bought an Alienware 15 (2015 model); Came with the Graphics Amplifier and everything was perfect. So I was eager to see how the amplifier worked and threw my R9 390 in it as a test, perfect! I decided to upgrade to Windows 10 as I have it on my desktop and it is currently my preferred OS; however, I left the amplifier plugged in (don't know if this is the root cause or not) and now it seems Windows will not boot without it plugged in. When booting without the Amp installed, I get a blackscreen with a flashing cursor and blue loading circle right above it (both flashing). I tried to look up some fixes, tried plugging in an HDMI to a TV and using the Windows key + P to cycle through the modes... to no avail... However, with the amp installed it works perfectly, I just don't want to be exclusively restricted to having to use the amplifier every time I want to jump onto my new laptop... plese halp?
P.S. I did try doing a AlienRespawn to factory and upgraded to windows 10 once more, same problem but the second time I didn't do it with the amp installed.
