X51 R2 found broken part inside case.

Found this parts in my X51 R2 (pair of spring and pair of stands thing, looks like from cpu fan), I opened the case because pc kept freeze randomly and wouldn't restart, and called customer care wouldn't care. called alienware support, no one seems care about what is it and why my computer keeps freezing and wouldn't even restart, I have to unplug the power, then plug in again, when I turn it on again, it has this loud fan noise, and keeps restarting itself automatically. I know my warranty expired, but I bought this computer last year, and dell's computer seems like only can last one year in hardware? I have 2 alienware x51 R2 having the same issue, and called support a lot of times, only thing they tell me is that "your warranty expired". Wow, such a big company wouldn't care about their own customers, I mean, this obviously a factory defect issue that occurs after 1 year. I don't think we manually destroyed the computer and all having the same parts coming out from the case. I am going to post a youtube video about this issue, since dell doesn't even care about it.
