X51-R2, possible upgrades?

Currently my specs are:
 Processor: Intel core i5-4440 CPU @ 3.10GHz
Installed Memory (Ram): 8.00 GB
System type: 64-bit

I'm looking to upgrade to a GTX 960 some day here. Currently I have a GTX 645
I just ordered the  330W AC Adaptor and was wondering if this would be an ideal graphics card:

GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 960 2GB Mini ITX OC EDITION

I went for a 960 over a a 970 just because it was cheaper but if someone could help me out here and let me know that would be great!

We sold it with a GTX 960 (part H4P1K).

Other upgrades;

8GB memory to 16GB = Two 8GB 1600MHz non-ecc DDR3 (part 66GKY)

Haswell i5-4440 to =
XJWH4 Haswell i7-4790, Quad Core, 3.60GHz, 84w
M6F2X Haswell i7-4770, Quad Core, 3.40GHz, 86w

Call Dell Spare Parts 1-800-357-3355 and ask for prices and availability of the Dell part number.

Hello,

The card you suggested would not be appropriate in the X51.  The reason being is the Mini-ITX cards are designed to pull air from the front and blow hot air back into the case from the top of the card.  This leads to a thermal loop and basically makes the inside of the X51 an oven for overheating components.

I would suggest one of the following blower style GPU's as they do pull from the interior case and only exhaust air to the back of the case (to the outside).

ASUS: www.newegg.com/.../Product.aspx

PNY: www.newegg.com/.../Product.aspx

MSI: www.newegg.com/.../Product.aspx

But you see the 'blower' style is the one fan and the long shroud.

Basically, the Mini-ITX could lead to thermal throttling of not only the GPU, but also other components (as well as unneeded wear and tear on components from heat).
