alien 13 factory reset missing drivers
I received new Alienware 13 last week, and made bootable USB factory restore disk. When I tried the factory restore I see it doesn't install any nvidia programs or drivers, and it's marked with warning in device manager. Not a big deal to visit dell.com and download the driver, but any ideas why it isn't part of the factory restore?
Thanks, Martyn.

Probably the image got corrupted at the moment it was transfer into the USB. But as you said in order to remove the exclamation mark in the device manager you just have to download video card driver from support.dell.com and install it.

Thanks for reply Milena.
I made a couple of different factory restore USB sticks. I used different USB flash disks, and I tried from different USB ports on the machine. All of the factory restores are missing the NVidia drivers, so the problem isn't the USB stick or faulty write process.

Then there could be a problem with the image itself and they only way to fix that will be making a whole installation of windows, but I will recommend you to leave it that way and if at some point you need to use the image just go to the Dell website, download the video card driver and install it.
