alienware GPU upgrage
hi i would know if it is possible to change the GPU on alienware 17 R5 i have GTX765m and i want GTX880m or GTX980m
is this possible ?
i saw somone on youtube changing it but not for r5 version

Yes for this system we had validated the following video cards.
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 860M graphics with 2GB GDDR5
AMD Radeon R9 M290X with 4GB GDDR5
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 880M graphics with 8GB total GDDR5
If you are still under warranty I will recommend to contact the sales department so they can assist you or if you feel comfortable doing the replacement you can check out this video.
