alienware charging issue when Gaming
Hello Everyone, I have this issue for the last 1 week, when gaming on alienware 15 r2, my laptop keeps charging and than not charging, i though this was the issue of my charger but now i brought an new charger and same issue happen, can anyone tell me how to fix it ?

Hi captainrazel,
Can you check if the AC port wiggles when the cable is connected?
Also try by updating the Bios to the latest here.

Hello Sir, Sir first of all, My BIOS is updated to latest and 2 of all, there no wiggles on the braker wire which we connect to electricity, but there are a little bit wiggle on the port going to laptop, so sir is there a fix

Using a Dell PA-9E 240W AC adapter might fix it.

Hello Sir,
Well Sir i am using 100% The Charger You Mentioned, So there no problem with that, Problem is the charging pot cable wiggle when i move it so its a problem, any fix

You can try installing a piece(s) of heat-shrink tubing on plug. Maybe even electrical tape for a quicker yet temporary fix..
If the actual socket in laptop is loose, then you might have to repair or replace it.
