alienware x51 command center 3.5 problems

Ok so i still have the command center it was acting up when i had all the light board and stuff in my old case, it would always pop up and ask me for user permisssion or close out on its own. I thought maybe it was due to my light board which did die along with my power board, that is the reason i switched over to just moving the mainboard and it works. But i still have a tact x keyboard and mouse and i kept the command center for this and it does work, but i still have the same stupid issue with it asking for user permissions and it is the newest version, and sometimes i will got o change colors and it will just be gone, now it did this before i even moved the board so i'm not sure what it is i did pull a error for it out of the event viewer here it is.  I have reinstall it several times and even turned off my antivirus when doing it so what could be the issues, i know the light board is not there but there is one inside the keyboard and i ran the test software and all clears with flying colors on it, but keep in mind i had the issue before when the light board was there just before my light board died along with the power supply, so i just decided to move the mainboard as it was more cost effective at the time as i had all the stuff to do it.

Have you tried to turn off the user account control?

Then you can try to do a rollback to the date before windows performed the update.
