alienware x51 r2 bluetooth

hi,

i recently reinstalled my windows 8.1 on my alienware x51 r2, but my bluetooth wasn't working so i downloaded the driver frome dell product support. but when i try to install it, it always tell me to activate blutooth using wirless switch. that the alienware x51 r2 don't have. so please help
