command center pci fan control/speed

With all the problems with the command center program on the alienware area 51's I hate to even mention or ask this but..Now that command center seems to be working fine with cold starts, lights going off etc. etc. etc. I cant help but notice that my pci fan control shows it at zero speed and I can not increase it at all with the command center. Also is there anyway to control anymore fans, I can only control two as of now. I know when I first got this pc it allowed control for at least three fans. ANy answer would be greatly apreciated.

Thanks

You know where the water pump for the CPU plugs into the small board up top? There is a white connector there that I somehow pulled out a little. When I turned on my system and opened Command Center I had new stuff!!!

It listed the normal stuff but I also had GPU fan speed at the bottom which I could change. I had GPU Pump listed up top and I had GPU something another listed up at the top but I forget what it was. GPU temp maybe? That shows it has more it can list in it already its just not on. if I ever go water cooling on my GPUs im gonna figure it all out..lol.
