Go ahead and download the driver again.Go ahead and run it, it will ask you if you want to repair the OSD Driver or remove it.
Remove it, then restart your computer.
If you want to have the OSD back to the defaults, go ahead and install it again.

i tried to uninstall alienware osd driver, but that icon still shows and kicks back to desktop in some games.
check the picture

Finally I find the solution:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Widcomm\BTConfig\General]
"KeyIndication"=dword:00000001
change the value to 0 and restart system
