how to get a replacement alienware key
Hey guys
I lost the key that i need to open my desktop computer so I can add a RAM card I bought. I looked on the alienware site but I couldn't find anything on how to get a replacement key. If anyone can help please let me know.
Thanks

What computer? I have an Aurora and it doesn't have a key. Their is a slider on the back which unlocks the handle so you can open it.

darkmagicion2904,
The lock on the Area-51 chassis is just a precaution we installed so you would contact us and we could verify with you that the PC power cord must be disconnected from the rear of the PC before opening the chassis cover. This is due to the 1.2KW power supply. You can remove it with a straight blade screwdriver.

I understand. That is a pre-Dell Alienware PC. I do not have access to any of those parts or documentation. You must contact them at 866-287-6727. Explain that you have a pre-Dell Alienware.
