When did the issue begin?
Does this happen as soon as you Power on the computer?
Were any hardware or software changes made?
Also, let me know the Model number of the monitor?
You may try a monitor self test. Disconnect the Video cable from the tower and ensure the Power cable is intact. You should see three colored bars on the monitor.

its ok.. my problem fixed.. i open my video card.. and put it back.. and then it was ok..
i did this because i see so many people said its because your monitor dint receive video signal..
thx anyway.. :)
